President Uhuru has nominated Mohammed Haji next Director of public prosecution after he appointed Keriako Tobiko to be the Environment Cabinet Secretary.
“I have conveyed to the National Assembly the nomination for vetting and approval of Justice Paul Kihara Kariuki as Attorney General; and Noordin Mohamed Haji as Director of Public Prosecutions” the president indicated in a tweet
President Uhuru Kenyatta has appointed Eng. John Mosonik to the post of Chief Administrative Secretary in the Petroleum and Mining Ministry, while Hassan Noor Hassan will take over a similar post in the Sports docket.
President Uhuru has also appointed Mohamed Ibrahim Elmi to a similar post in the Environment Ministry.
The Head of State has also nominated former Sports Principal Secretary Richard Ekai, Eng. John Okuna Ogango and former Senator Wilfred Machage as ambassadors, and has forwarded their names to the National Assembly for vetting and approval.
President Uhuru has also nominated Harry Kimutai as Livestock Prinsipal Secretary, Alfred Cheruiyot as Correctional Services PS, Prof Fred Sigor as Irrigation PS, Jerome Ochieng as ICT PS, Susan Komen as PS East African Community, and John Omenge as Mining PS.
